Service and eligibility
Twignify provides tools for organising brands, campaigns, media, social content, reviews, scheduling and authorised publishing workflows. You must be legally able to enter into these terms and use the service for lawful business purposes.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for maintaining control of the Google account used to access your workspace.
Your content and accounts
You retain ownership of the brand information, media and content you submit. You grant Twignify the limited permission needed to host, process and transmit that material to provide features you request.
You must have the necessary rights to uploaded media and connected social accounts. Do not upload unlawful, infringing, deceptive or harmful material.
AI-assisted content
AI-generated or imported content may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing factual accuracy, legal compliance, brand suitability and platform requirements before approval or publication.
Twignify does not provide legal, regulatory or professional advice and does not guarantee that generated content is complete or suitable for a particular purpose.
Connected platforms
Google, Meta, LinkedIn, X and other third-party services have their own terms, policies and availability. Twignify requests platform access only through OAuth and only for features you choose.
You can disconnect accounts at any time. Twignify is not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, account restrictions or actions taken by a platform.
Acceptable use
You may not attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with the service, extract another organisation's data, misuse connected accounts, distribute malware or use Twignify for spam or illegal activity.
We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, connected platforms or the service.
Availability and liability
Twignify is provided on an as-available basis. We work to keep the service secure and reliable, but uninterrupted operation cannot be guaranteed.
To the extent permitted by law, Twignify is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, platform penalties or decisions made using unreviewed generated content.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service develops. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date.
