We collect account information you provide or authorize, such as your name, email address and profile image when you sign in with Google.

We process information you add to Twignify, including brand profiles, campaign details, uploaded media, captions, review decisions and publishing activity.

When you connect a social-media account, we may receive account identifiers, page or profile names, granted permissions and OAuth access tokens. Twignify does not ask for or store your social-media password.

We may collect limited technical and usage information needed to secure, operate and improve the service, such as timestamps, error records and feature activity.

We use information to provide authentication, maintain your workspace, create and review content, connect authorized social accounts, perform actions you request, prevent misuse and improve reliability.

We do not sell personal information. We do not publish content or access a connected account unless an authorized user initiates or schedules that action.

Twignify requests only the platform permissions needed for the features you choose. The authorization screen provided by each platform shows the requested permissions before you approve them.

You can disconnect an account in Twignify or revoke access directly in the settings of Google, Meta, LinkedIn or X. Revoking access may prevent related features from working.

We use service providers to host and operate Twignify, including Vercel and Google Firebase. Information may also be transmitted to a social platform when you connect an account or request a platform action.

We disclose information when required by law, to protect users and the service, or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards. We do not share information with advertisers for their independent marketing.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including access controls and encrypted storage for sensitive connection credentials. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

We retain information while your account is active and as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary according to the type of information and its purpose.

You may review or update workspace information through Twignify. You may disconnect social accounts at any time.

To request access, correction, export or deletion of your personal information and connected-platform data, email twignify@gmail.com from the address associated with your account. We may verify your identity before completing a request.

Twignify and its service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

Twignify is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy as Twignify develops or legal requirements change. The effective date on this page will be updated when changes are published.
